As a Coach, I will work with you to develop the confidence to train in a way that fits your lifestyle. Perhaps you are dealing with recurring pain or injuries? Maybe you want to be more capable and comfortable in your daily activities, or set yourself up for successful aging? My background in rehabilitation assistance and massage therapy have provided me a deep understanding of movement mechanics and recovery, this guides my program design to help you build resilience and reduce injury risk.
