Join this 6 week program for some early season interval training!

Delayed to the Spring of 2024 due to unforeseen personal circumstance. Sorry!

Join Sarah weekly, to learn several different types of interval training, and practice them in a group setting. The group meets at 6pm, every Monday, beginning the second week of January, 2024. We train for 1 hour, which includes warm up, interval running, and cool down. With the in-person program you will get an additional workout each week to do on your own!

Cost is $125.
