Join Sarah weekly, to learn the benefits of interval training, and do your intervals with other runners, in a group setting. Up your running game and understand the why behind the training. We will train for 1-1.5 hours, which includes warm up, interval running, followed by strength and stretching. With the in-person program you will get a weekly strength and running program for the duration of the training! Ramp up your training, and meet like minded runners.
Cost is $150.00
