Personal Training

At Community Fit Gym in Blairmore, I work one on one with you during your workouts to ensure good form. https://communityfit.ca/. I will design workouts tailored to your starting fitness and future running goals.

Running Training

I will provide you with a specific training program to match your skill level and goals. There will be weekly check-ins to keep you accountable and on track!

Run Group

This is a weekly run group on Wednesdays at 6pm. A social opportunity for runners new to trails who would like peer support, camaraderie and education. Look for it September 2025! Keep an eye on Instagram @sarahfit2function!

Coach Sarah Nurcombe was an incredible part of our Sinister Sports Women’s Learn to Trail Run Camp this past May. She brought a perfect mix of knowledge, encouragement, and approachability that really made the weekend special. Whether someone was brand new to running or looking to take things up a notch, Sarah met them exactly where they were, offering thoughtful advice, plenty of one-on-one attention, and a ton of support.

She has a great way of making people feel comfortable while still challenging them to push a little further. Her explanations were clear and practical, and she was always happy to answer questions or offer tips - no matter how small. You could tell she genuinely cared about helping each person grow in their confidence and skills.

We’d highly recommend Sarah as a coach for anyone, whether you're just starting out or aiming to improve your performance. She’s the kind of coach who makes you feel like you can do hard things and actually want to!
